The Bullitt Center is the greenest commercial building in the world, planting Seattle in the forefront of the green building movement. The Bullitt Center is a commercial office building at the edge of the Central District, Seattle. It was officially opened on Earth Day, April 22, 2013, and was designed to be the greenest commercial building in the world when completed. It was built by the Bullitt Foundation, a non-profit group based in Seattle that focuses on environmental issues. The foundation is a tenant, occupying half of one floor in the six story building, with additional commercial tenants occupying the rest of the building.

One of the features of the building is the ceiling fans. they were provided by a Kentucky based corporation that goes by the name Big Ass Fans. Here is how they look in the interiors of the Bullitt Center.
